Shuttle service
We offer an hourly courtesy shuttle to two shopping malls and the city centre, and back free of charge. The service runs Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 19:00, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 07:30 to 16:30. For airport transfers, Shuttle Namibia, an independent transport company, provides a direct service between Hosea Kutako International Airport and Mövenpick and Mercure hotels for a fee. Booking is essential.
Spa & wellness centre
Our spa is the perfect retreat to relax and recharge after a busy day of work or sightseeing. Our certified health and skincare therapists are here to help you unwind with a variety of tailored treatments. If you’re into fitness, our wellness centre has all the latest cardio and strength equipment to keep you on track. And don’t forget to treat yourself afterwards – our sauna and steam bath are the perfect way to finish off.
Business Services
Our business centre is fully equipped for all your needs, with computers, printers, fax services and photocopying available. You’ll also find a post box right on the premises and public pay phones (card-operated).
Auto-visual equipment
Let us handle the technical aspects of your event. We have everything you’ll need from LCD projectors and large screens to DVD players and microphones, all provided through our partner, Conference Rentals.
Babies & children
We offer baby cots, high chairs, and kiddie pools for your little ones. Plus, if you need a break during your stay, our babysitting services are just a request away.

For your peace of mind, every room is equipped with a digital safe to keep your belongings secure throughout your stay. As a SafeHotels certified property, we adhere to globally recognized safety and security standards, ensuring the highest level of protection for our guests.
