Windhoek International Conference Centre Venues (WICC)

The WICC offers fifteen adaptable venues for business conferences, exhibitions, and special events. These spaces can be configured for large-scale conferences or smaller corporate meetings.

Overview

A highlight of the venue is the stunning Grand Ballroom, which spans 1,565m² and comfortably seats up to 2,400 guests in theatre style, 1,800 in conference style, or 1,200 for banquets. For smaller events, the ballroom can easily be divided into eight rooms, each separated by oak sliding doors. Plus, the ballroom’s pre-assembly area can welcome up to 1,000 guests, and we have a private Presidential Entrance for those special VIPs.
